Redecorate Your Toddler’s Room With Pillowfort at Target

 

Target has a new line of Children’s home decor called Pillowfort that is super cute and well worth a quick look (you can see the decor here).  I am going to show you a few items I would like to add to Cherry’s room as I redecorate it into a toddler room. My mother gave Cherry new bedding for Christmas so I am going to go with those colors for the most part. The comforter is light blue, almost aqua with red hearts, coral & white polka dots and flowers (see below).

 

 

The first item in the collection that caught my eye was the small table and chairs. I absolutely adore this pink table with scallops and the vintage inspired metal chairs (top left & right). This table would give her somewhere to sit and play, have a tea party or color. I liked that it is small enough to not take up so much room but it is the perfect girly set for her new toddler room! Moving on to her bed, I feel if I add a few comfy pillows or cute stuffed animals like the flamingo plush and the “C” pillow cover, it will make her bed a fun little sanctuary and it will add a bit of flair. Next, I wouldn’t mind having a few extra sets of sheets so I chose the flamingo and the aqua dot sets since they will somewhat match her bedding.  The colors and prints are very relaxing but fun and cute at the same time.

 

The last pieces would really tie everything together. She does not have an end table, only a dresser, so I like the idea of having the end table next to her crib/toddler bed with the pink retro inspired lamp. I also need to add some new artwork to her walls and since she loves playing princess, I like the white crown to put on her wall and that can also act as a night light. Finally, the circle wall shelf. It reminds me of a vintage shadow box so I really like this to put small collectibles and display her favorite items. I wouldn’t mind having one for my living room or bedroom! Very cute.
