Learning How to Do the Jive

Since it is a new year with new goals, Stan and I decided one of those would be to do something together and learn how to Jive! We both love music and thought it would be perfect if we knew how to dance to our favorites. I have been wanting to learn for awhile its just hard when you don’t have the time or the dancing partner. I ordered Miss Wolff’s Jiving School DVD about a million years ago, so we have a great way to learn and we will start doing that together to see if we can at least pick up the basics. Like anything, it is going to take lots of practice! She has classes at Viva Las Vegas and The Nashville Boogie. In the DVD lesson she teaches the original 1940’s and 1950’s dances in an hour.
